Leslee LeRoux named to Metropolitan State Foundation Board of Trustees

Leslee LeRoux, the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at TKDA, has joined the Metropolitan State Foundation Board of Trustees.

Metropolitan State University provides accessible, high-quality liberal arts, professional, and graduate education to the citizens and communities of the Twin Cities metro area, with emphasis on underserved groups, including adults and communities of color.

“TKDA is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for students as a pathway to employment. Our corporate giving work focuses on STEM education for K-12 students and higher education scholarships, so joining the Metro State Foundation Board aligns well with our mission,” Leslee said.

Leslee is also a member of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and its Executive and Diversity committees, and also serves on the board of the Saint Paul Downtown YMCA.

“Leslee’s passionate support of diversity, equity, and inclusion was evident from our first meeting,” says Rita Dibble, Vice President for University Advancement. “I am so pleased to have her leadership augment the strength of the Foundation Board.”

The mission of the Metropolitan State University Foundation is to generate maximum public awareness, as well as governmental and private support, for Metropolitan State University, and to assist the university in its development as a comprehensive, urban university in the Twin Cities metropolitan area for changing and diverse student needs.
