We are excited to announce the promotion of Shane Ortlepp to Highway Group Manager, recognizing his leadership skills, technical expertise, and dedication to delivering high-quality surface transportation solutions. During his 25-year career, Shane has played key design and project management roles on significant surface transportation projects, including the TH-169 / I-494 interchange, the Foley Boulevard grade separation project, numerous roundabouts, and several projects in Southern California prior to joining TKDA.

Since joining TKDA in 2013, Shane has been an integral part of our surface transportation team, where he has built a strong reputation for leading complex highway projects while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. In his new role as Highway Group Manager, Shane will provide strategic direction for our highway group, support team development, and provide innovative solutions that improve mobility and safety for the communities we serve.
