TKDA helped MSP develop an electronic ALP for compliance and future developments
As part of an on-going relationship with the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, TKDA provided professional engineering, aviation planning, project management, field surveying and data processing services to support the development of an electronic Airport Layout Plan (e-ALP).
Project efforts included the acquisition of a highly accurate survey by airport mapping sub-consultant Quantum Spatial in performing an Airspace Analysis in compliance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5300-18B for all MSP runways. TKDA worked closely with the FAA to navigate the new e-ALP program and successfully define the required data entry to gain approval of the e-ALP.
