Partnering with Stageberg Partners, Inc., TKDA brought to life a vibrant, multi-level recreation and wellness facility designed to serve a wide range of athletes and community members. Spanning 200,000 SF, the facility features six full-size basketball courts, two swimming pools, fitness and weight areas, locker rooms, and dedicated racquetball and squash courts for students to play, train, and connect.

At the heart of the complex is a premier aquatics center, featuring a 50-meter competition pool and a dedicated diving pool, supporting activities from daily recreation to high-level competition. Above and below, thoughtfully designed spaces create a seamless experience, with courts, gym equipment, and other amenities arranged to maximize usability and comfort.

Today, the facility stands as one of the Midwest’s largest and most dynamic recreational hubs, bringing people together to promote active lifestyles and support community well-being.
