As enrollment grew in Dakota County Technical College’s Transportation and Industry programs and demand increased for STEM-related education, the college reimagined more than 110,000 SF of campus space to better support students, faculty, and evolving academic programs. TKDA provided design and construction administration services for the multi-phased renovation, carefully sequencing work over multiple summer breaks to minimize disruption to classes and campus operations.
