The SR 99 Bored Tunnel project helped support a major transportation infrastructure investment in Seattle by clearing and protecting essential utilities around the tunnel portals. TKDA* supported Seattle Tunnel Partners with design and surveying services for the 2.2-mile tunnel project. The work included utility relocation and street restoration design, utility monitoring QA, manual survey for settlement monitoring, and QA structural and material controls inspection.
