Norshor Theatre Restoration

The NorShor Theatre has been part of downtown Duluth’s cultural landscape for more than a century. Originally constructed as a vaudeville theatre and later transformed into an Art Deco movie house, the historic building was restored to once again serve as a destination for live performances, music, and community events. TKDA led the rehabilitation effort to preserve the theatre’s history while adapting it for modern audiences.
