Marie Avenue and Wesley Neighborhood Improvements

The Marie Avenue and Wesley Neighborhood Improvements helped Mendota Heights reinvest in local streets, trails, and public infrastructure. TKDA supported pavement improvements within the Wesley Lane Neighborhood and along Marie Avenue between Lexington Avenue and Dodd Road. Both projects followed Minnesota Statute 429, involved assessments, used State Aid funding, and required coordination with private utilities and Dakota County for regional trail improvements.
