Hennepin County Recycling Facility Expansion

As participation in Hennepin County’s recycling programs increased, the County needed to evaluate and expand two facilities to support growing populations and changing operational demands. TKDA worked with the County to plan, design, and deliver improvements at the Bloomington Recycling Center and Brooklyn Park Transfer Station. Together, the improvements help Hennepin County accommodate increased program use while improving storage, material handling, building performance, and facility circulation.
