The Stewart Creek Bridge rehabilitation transformed a former railroad crossing into a safer and more inviting destination along Duluth’s growing trail network. Originally built for the Duluth, Winnipeg, and Pacific Railway, the bridge now supports pedestrians, skiers, mountain bikers, equestrians, snowmobilers, and maintenance vehicles, creating new opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration.
