City of Duluth Street Preservation Program

The City of Duluth Street Preservation Program helped maintain safer, smoother, and more reliable travel across commercial and residential collector Municipal State Aid streets. As part of the City’s pavement management program, TKDA provided design and construction services for street improvements across Duluth.
