Consolidating Operations into a Flexible Facility Designed for Future Growth

The energy company needed to replace and consolidate its Albany and Paynesville service centers into a single, modern facility. The new location also had to offer long-term flexibility to absorb operations from the nearby Glenwood Service Center, ensuring efficiency and capacity for future growth.

TKDA designed a 10,000-SF service center and secure storage area positioned on the site as a part of a masterplan to allow for future growth. The facility supports operations staff and provides space for vehicles, equipment, and materials serving the surrounding region.

The Belgrade Service Center centralizes operations, enhances efficiency, and delivers the infrastructure needed to meet current and future service demands.
