TKDA is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Sokoll as Chief Human Resources Officer. Dana will provide strategic leadership to attract, develop, and retain talented employee owners while advancing programs that support employee engagement, professional development, and organizational growth. She will work closely with leadership across the firm to foster an environment where people can build meaningful careers and contribute to the success of clients and communities.

Throughout her career, Dana has focused on building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating workplace environments where employees can thrive. She brings deep human resources leadership experience across high-growth, multi-location, and project-driven organizations. Most recently, she built and led a global human resources function, partnering closely with executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, and helping foster a high-performance culture through strong people practices and HR infrastructure.
