The project helped extend the building’s useful life, enhance the student experience, and maximize the value of an existing campus asset.
Minneapolis Public Schools Bethune Community School System Upgrades

To address aging building systems and improve long-term performance, Minneapolis Public Schools modernized Bethune Community School with new HVAC, boiler, lighting, and plumbing systems. The upgrades improved energy efficiency, enhanced reliability, and created a healthier, more comfortable learning environment for students and staff.

As enrollment grew in Transportation and Industry programs and demand increased for STEM-related education, the college reimagined more than 110,000 SF of campus space to better support students and faculty.
