TKDA Expands Industrial Process Engineering Expertise with Acquisition

TKDA is pleased to announce today our acquisition of Minneapolis-based M.A. Bielski & Associates, an industrial process engineering firm specializing in materials handling and minerals processing facilities. The acquisition of this exceptional team of structural and mechanical engineers and designers expands TKDA’s offering to the mining, industrial, and transportation markets in North America.

More specifically, this move expands TKDA’s services with expertise in processing plant and conveyor design and layout, along with truck and rail loadout system design. With these capabilities, the company brings a comprehensive solution set to clients ranging from mining companies and energy producers to rail transportation, port, and transshipment operators.

The M.A. Bielski team will be immediately integrated into TKDA’s facilities engineering division, where they will find expanded, specialized resources and capacity to more fully serve their existing clients. “We have found a great partner in TKDA, and look forward to the opportunities this creates for our clients and employees,” said Mark Bielski.
