Minnesota State Fair Ticketing Office Conversion

The renovation included covered exterior transaction windows, new restrooms, a breakroom, storage areas, office space for future growth, accessible parking stalls, an entry plaza ramp, and a new emergency exit. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were also completed to replace aging systems and support future improvements. Together, these enhancements created a more welcoming and functional facility for visitors arriving at one of Minnesota’s most iconic annual events.
