Marshall Performing Arts Center Ticket Booth Remodeling

TKDA provided concept design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration services for accessibility upgrades at University of Minnesota-Duluth’s Marshall Performing Arts Center (MPAC). The project remodeled the existing ticket booth to provide accessibility for both staff and patrons. A total of two workstations were designed with ticket windows and security panels, one at accessible height and one at standard height. The office also included additional counter space and cabinets for printers, a cash drawer, and an under-counter safe.
