Inside Our New Bloomington Office: Where Vision Meets Possibility

We opened our new office in Bloomington, MN, nearly three months ago and haven’t looked back since. Relocating our office is about more than a change of address—it’s about reimagining how we work and focusing on where we’ll grow. Our new workspace embodies our ambition and shared values of trust, excellence, integrity, and inclusion.

The new space was designed with intention and functionality at the forefront. Every detail in the new office was carefully chosen to foster an environment of excellence and connection, from a mix of private offices and open workstations to the various small group workspaces and conference rooms. We’ve invested in upgraded network access and technology, so our employees are fully supported whether joining from their desk, remotely, or anywhere in the office.

However, relocating our office is about more than functionality and producing quality deliverables for clients—it’s about creating an environment people want to be in. We view this workspace as more than a building. We see it as a platform for new ideas, a hub for collaboration, and a symbol of our continued growth.
