TKDA is pleased to announce the promotions of Jason Lind to Structural Group Manager and Bill Beyer to Mechanical Group Manager within our mining division. These leadership appointments strengthen the specialized expertise and industry knowledge we bring to mining clients and their most challenging projects.

Jason brings 21 years of civil and structural engineering experience, with a strong background in the material handling and processing industry. As Structural Group Manager, he will lead the division’s structural team while supporting mining clients and projects. His combination of technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and client-focused service will help guide the team as TKDA continues expanding its capabilities in the mining industry.

Bill has 17 years of experience in the mining and energy generation industries. As Mechanical Group Manager, he will lead the division’s mechanical team and support clients across complex projects and operational needs. His experience spans projects from initial concept and design through procurement, construction, and startup, with expertise in iron ore processing, material handling, industrial piping, and power generation systems.

Together, Jason and Bill bring decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of the challenges mining clients face. Their leadership will help TKDA continue delivering practical solutions for mining operations, mineral processing facilities, and material handling systems.
