Eric Lechowicz named Chicago Rail Architecture Group Manager

Eric A. Lechowicz, NCARB, RA, ALA, has been named group manager for the Rail Architecture team in TKDA’s Chicago office.

Over his 23-year career, the senior registered architect has accumulated a broad range of project experience in planning, designing, and managing rail, educational, religious, residential and commercial projects.

Eric has been involved in project initial planning and programming, cost analysis, and design development; prepared construction documents, bid packages, and permit applications; and provided construction management and administration services for a wide variety of clients.

His primary rail clients have been Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), BNSF Railway Company (BNSF), and Norfolk Southern Corporation (NSC).

A registered architect, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois, and several certifications in construction management and contractor safety.

“Eric works extremely well with our valued rail clients,” said Andy Wagstrom, vice president of TKDA’s Rail Division. “We are pleased to have him step up and lead our Chicago Rail Architecture team.”
