Caitlin Andress Champions Traffic Engineering at TKDA

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Caitlin Andress, PE, PTOE, RSP1 to lead TKDA’s Traffic group. Caitlin is a Professional Engineer and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with more than nine years of experience. Prior to joining our team, she was a traffic engineer with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT). At TKDA, Caitlin serves as a trusted project manager and leads traffic engineering on several high-profile projects with MnDOT, BNSF Railway Company, and various counties. Caitlin has become a trusted traffic engineering leader within TKDA and the transportation industry.

In her new role, Caitlin will lead the growth and development of our traffic engineering services in traffic operations analysis, roadway safety, and plan development.
