TKDA Announces Vice President for New Milwaukee-Area Office

We are excited to announce Amber Thomas is our new regional vice president based out of our new office in the Milwaukee metro area. A professional licensed engineer with over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management, she will lead office operations to support and grow our clients in Wisconsin’s aviation, surface transportation, industrial and manufacturing, and water infrastructure markets.

Previously, Amber served as the director of public works and village engineer for the Village of Grafton, WI, for nearly ten years. Before that role, she worked as a project manager for Collins Engineers, Inc., in Milwaukee. She has extensive engineering experience working on large, complex projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, including interchange reconstruction and bridge rehabilitation projects in the greater Milwaukee area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Western Michigan University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
