TKDA designed major addition that meets strict hygiene standards

When a confidential client needed to increase production, TKDA provided architecture, design, and engineering services to complete a 71,000 SF facility addition. Our team worked closely with the client to configure the building, select appropriate building materials, and create specific construction details that allowed the building to achieve stringent hygiene standards. The addition includes areas for liquid receiving, warehouse, tank farm, pump gallery, clean-in-place equipment, utilities, liquid and powder processes, trucker’s lounge, receiving lab, and receiving offices. TKDA’s design included a variety of building materials that met food industry finish requirements and will easily accommodate future horizontal expansion.
