City of Duluth Street Preservation Program

TKDA provides design and construction services for street improvements

As a part of the City of Duluth’s pavement management program, TKDA provided design and construction services for the Street Preservation Program. The projects included commercial and residential collector Municipal State Aid streets. The street improvements consisted of removing and replacing any damaged curb, mill and overlay of the bituminous pavement, full-depth pavement replacement in areas, ADA and sidewalk improvements, spot utility repairs, and restoration.
