Amtrak King Street Coach Yard Facilities

TKDA worked with Amtrak to upgrade the Seattle King Street Coach Yard Maintenance Facility. The multi-phase project was designed to improve the capacity, efficiency, and working conditions of the shops.

Fueling Facilities Improvements

As a major hub for intermodal freight and other high-priority shipments between the Pacific Northwest and the eastern United States, the BNSF Interbay rail yard required facility improvements. Our team prioritized environmental integrity while revitalizing the facility.

CARB and Renewable Conversions

TKDA provided conceptual design services and scope development for the California Air Resources Board (CARB) grant-related electrified equipment infrastructure at Stockton Intermodal, Mormon Yard Stockton, and San Bernardino Yard.
