Level Brand, a Minneapolis firm that develops corporate brands, was looking for an office renovation that spatially embodied their own brand and business philosophy. In effect a remodeling and rebranding of their workspace. TKDA began the design process with a visioning session bringing all of the company’s stakeholders together to talk about themselves, their company, and their design. The purpose was two-fold: for TKDA to better understand the Client, and for the Client to more clearly define and understand their goals. From this shared understanding, a consensus on vision, goals, and culture was established. It was an evolving process, with vision impacting design and design impacting vision. The most important outcome was building a relationship of trust and common ground on which to base the design.
