Cretin-Derham Hall High School wanted to expand its existing athletic facilities to provide better resources for its approximately 1,300 students. With the help of TKDA’s architecture and engineering, Cretin-Derham Hall turned its campus into a premier facility suited for top-level athletics.
The Cretin-Derham Hall expansion included an 89,900 SF building addition and the remodel of 14,200 SF of existing space. The new building features a 60,000 SF field house with seating for 2,000 spectators, a weight training facility, health classrooms and physical education offices. TKDA also assisted with the reconstruction of the varsity baseball field and the development of additional off-street parking for faculty and students.
