Minnesota State Fair Miracle of Birth Center

Bringing Minnesota’s Agricultural Story to Life

To celebrate Minnesota’s strong agricultural heritage, the Minnesota State Fair envisioned a place where visitors could experience the miracle of life up close. TKDA helped bring that vision to life with the Miracle of Birth Building, a welcoming and family-friendly facility that invites guests to witness the birth of calves, lambs, goats, and piglets.

Designed to reflect the character of rural farm structures, the 20,000 SF facility creates an authentic and engaging environment from the moment visitors enter the building. Inside, thoughtfully arranged spaces make it easy to observe, learn, and connect with the agricultural traditions that continue to shape the region.
