This layout was approved by the City Council at the November 18, 2008 City Council Meeting with conditions according to the resolution. It was used as a starting point for the development of the current preliminary layout (see below).

Options for Clydesdale Trail East of County Road 116

Three options have been developed. The options have different alignments for Clydesdale Trail, varying lengths of City-maintained streets, varying lengths of private driveways, varying amounts of wetland impact, optional sidewalks, and a backage road (Option 3).
