Right of Way Acquisition
The roadway widening will require acquisition of land (right of
way), temporary construction easements, and drainage and utility
easements from adjacent property owners. Staff from the County’s
Right of Way Department have been in contact with the affected property owners and negotiations are underway. If you have any questions,
