Historic Evaluation
An Architectural History Evaluation determined that the Boxwell Farmstead, located at 13401 Radisson Road NE, is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Mn/DOT and the State Historic Preservation Office determined that the project will have an adverse impact on the farmstead. A draft Section 4(f) Evaluation was completed and is attached to the EA/EAW. The purpose of the evaluation is to document information needed by the FHWA to make a decision regarding the project’s impact to the property.
